Manager, AI Ops SRE Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Greece, Thessaloniki Chortiatis; periodic international and domestic travel required, less than 10%

What you will do

• Provide technical direction and coordinate a small AI Operations pod in Greece, acting as the senior technical decision-maker and escalation point.
• Design and deliver the Agentic Ticket pipeline from intake classification, enrichment, prioritization, and routing through investigation and root-cause drafting.
• Define capability contracts, agent runbooks, integration allow-lists, and read-versus-change permissions using a default-deny safety model.
• Set standards for connectors and remediation playbooks across ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Aria, AIQUM, and Rubrik, with execution through SSM and Ansible.
• Ensure automated actions include rollback and audit controls, and evaluate when agent performance is reliable enough for automatic remediation.
• Embed SRE and automation-first practices while driving measurable toil reduction across Server, Storage, Data Protection, Database, Middleware, and HCI operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in infrastructure operations, SRE, or platform engineering, including technical leadership or lead-engineer experience.
• Production experience delivering AI-agent or automation systems, such as Amazon Bedrock AgentCore or LangGraph, with MCP or similar tool and connector integration.
• Strong programming and automation skills in Python plus Bash or PowerShell, along with CI/CD, coding best practices, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of at least two hosting domains and the ability to assess remediation safety, supported by strong data literacy and structured evaluation skills.
• English CV submission required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM, Now Assist, Dynatrace, and observability tooling.
