(Senior) AI Solutions Engineer — Forward Deployed

Location: Hybrid in Paiania, Athens, Greece, with customer site visits as needed

What you will do

• Run customer discovery sessions, understand operational workflows, identify valuable AI applications, and define acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical architectures that balance reliability, cost, and time to value.
• Prototype, build, and ship production-grade AI agents, including retrieval pipelines, integrations, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Own customer outcomes from kickoff through production and ongoing resolution of issues.
• Explain technical trade-offs, align technical and non-technical stakeholders, and turn ambiguous requests into engineering plans.
• Review AI-generated designs and code to ensure shipped systems are well-architected, observable, and maintainable.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to design, build, and operate maintainable systems.
• Experience with LLM-based systems in production or near-production settings, including agents, RAG, automation, or orchestration.
• Product and business thinking, including understanding ROI, trade-offs, and customer outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate system architectures, identify risks, and make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Strong customer communication skills, including requirements gathering and explaining complex trade-offs clearly.
• Fluent Greek and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, vector or graph databases, Postgres, Redis, tracing or observability platforms, Azure, or ERP and line-of-business integrations.
• Familiarity with construction, infrastructure, or facility management domains.
