Representative Sr Lead, BPS Middle Office (CLO)

What you will do

• Oversee daily transaction and reporting activity for assigned outsourcing relationships.
• Administer collateral and syndicated-loan portfolios, including cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall payments, reporting, and compliance testing.
• Support client personnel with daily routines and financial processing.
• Research and resolve complex issues through communication with clients, liaisons, trustees, asset managers, and internal teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate servicing and agreed service-quality levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 4 years of financial services experience managing institutional assets.
• At least 1 year of leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of structured finance, preferably CLOs/CDOs, syndicated loans, corporate trust securities, and trust systems.
• Direct experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with management, colleagues, and internal and external clients.
