Senior Manager, Securitisation Transaction Management

Location: Leeds, Wellington Place, UK; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time in an office

What you will do

• Lead and develop Leeds-based colleagues, managing priorities, capacity, capability, wellbeing, and succession planning.
• Partner with the Senior Manager in Cardiff to lead an integrated transaction management function across Leeds and Cardiff.
• Oversee transaction set-up, asset and pool management, cash management, reporting, controls, and lifecycle events.
• Provide senior oversight of retail securitisation transactions, the covered bond programme, and Bank of England Discount Window Facility activities.
• Lead the transition of transactions and platform changes into ongoing management with clear ownership, procedures, and controls.
• Drive simplification, automation, continuous improvement, and effective risk management across Treasury and partner functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams with a track record of delivering results through others.
• 5+ years of experience in securitisation, structured finance, treasury operations, or a related treasury function.
• Strong knowledge of transaction processes, systems, data, controls, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing complex priorities, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining risk and control frameworks.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid pattern based in Leeds, with at least two days per week or 40% of time spent at an office site.

• Understanding of treasury funding, liquidity, capital, and risk management activities.
