Fullstack Engineer (Java & Angular)

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal, with office attendance twice per week. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate web services and APIs using REST, JSON, and JAX-WS.
• Implement persistence layers with JPA and Hibernate.
• Work with Oracle and SQL in relational database environments.
• Use Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory within continuous integration workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Java development and Spring or Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Java web services, APIs, REST/JSON, JPA, and Hibernate.
• 3+ years of experience with AngularJS and/or Angular, plus JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, and continuous integration principles.
• English proficiency at B2 level and availability for a hybrid regime in Porto are required.
