Senior .NET Fullstack Developer

Location: Hybrid, with 1 day per week in the office in Lisbon and/or Tomar, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend solutions using .NET.
• Modernize legacy applications built with .NET Framework 4.6.2 by migrating them to modern .NET versions, including .NET 8 or .NET 10.
• Build frontend components using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and background services.
• Work with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server, including database procedures and query optimization.
• Apply API architecture, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements related to performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET backend development and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.6.2 and migration to modern .NET versions.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Oracle PL/SQL, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in English.
• Portuguese nationality required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js, Angular, or React.
• Experience with WCF and SOAP-based services.
• Knowledge of deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-native and containerized environments such as OpenShift.
• Experience with Razor, Knockout, Bootstrap, MVC frameworks, or the banking sector.
