What you will do

• Lead the digital transformation of ME Work Preparation by deploying unified platforms such as MEGA.
• Define and execute the ME Data Analytics Strategy and data products portfolio for the OMMD department.
• Drive process automation using RPA, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Ensure data consistency and compliance with hirify.global Export Control regulations through targeted digital tools.
• Provide expert support and lead change management across plants, final assembly lines, and transnational PSE teams.

Requirements

• Background in mechanical engineering, IT, or a related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience in hirify.global ME Work Preparation activities and end-to-end data flows.
• Experience leading projects, managing change, and working with hirify.global Export Control regulations.
• Expertise in Palantir Foundry (Skywise) or programming skills, with foundations in artificial intelligence.
• Negotiation-level English and strong communication skills for a transnational environment.

Nice to have

• French, German, or Spanish language skills.
