Senior Manager - Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) (ERP)

What you will do

• Own and govern enterprise Finance processes covering Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, financial close, consolidation, reporting, and controls.
• Define process standards, approve business requirements and changes, monitor performance metrics, and resolve process issues.
• Lead Finance process governance within the ERP environment, including requirements definition, testing, deployment readiness, adoption, and future enhancements.
• Embed financial controls and data governance into workflows, support audit readiness, and partner with Accounting, Internal Audit, and Compliance on risk mitigation.
• Lead process optimization, automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional decision-making with Finance, Shared Services, IT, Operations, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or Business Process leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, controls, ERP-enabled business processes, and process governance.
• Experience leading Finance process transformation initiatives, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and lead across functional teams, manage change, and take ownership of process outcomes.

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• ERP implementation or optimization experience.
• Epicor ERP experience.
