Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend architecture, backend services, databases, and APIs.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces with strong performance across browsers and devices.
• Develop Java and Spring-based business functionality, RESTful APIs, and secure web services.
• Apply authentication, authorization, input validation, secure data storage, logging, and monitoring practices.
• Analyze performance, troubleshoot defects, implement technical improvements, and maintain software quality.
• Deploy and operate applications in cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines and containerization, while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Expert-level Java and Spring ecosystem experience, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
• Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular experience.
• Experience designing, building, securing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services.
• Advanced relational database knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL and Oracle, including schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Master's degree with 10–15 years of professional IT experience, or Bachelor's degree with 12–17 years of relevant experience; English at B2 level or higher is required.
