Team Lead (Software Engineering)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland; office in Kraków city centre.

What you will do

• Manage a team of 5–8 engineers, overseeing delivery, performance, and team growth.
• Drive the team roadmap and deliver value for the assigned product area.
• Lead technical discussions, guide engineering decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
• Work with the Product Manager to align technical priorities with product and business goals.
• Coach engineers through feedback, performance discussions, mentoring, and career development.
• Build an inclusive team culture based on psychological safety, shared ownership, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence architecture and align technical direction with product and business goals.
• Experience coaching engineers, conducting performance reviews, and supporting individual growth.
• Professional experience with at least one of C++, Common Lisp, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
• English is the primary working language; CV must be submitted in English.
