Staff Product Manager, Corporate Site (Website) (Fintech)

Salary: $190,000–$270,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the corporate website.
• Drive organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups.
• Lead hypothesis generation, A/B testing, experimental design, execution, and analysis.
• Partner with Onboarding, Marketing, RevOps, SEO, Design, UX, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Improve website navigation, information architecture, user flows, and the self-serve customer experience.
• Analyze website performance data, user behavior, and drop-off points to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Experience owning a corporate website product.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure complex problems, use data and first-principles thinking, and work effectively across cultures and functions.
