Legal Counsel (iGaming)

What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and close commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Advise internal commercial, product, and other business teams on complex legal matters.
• Lead legal risk management and develop controls to protect the business as it scales.
• Support global expansion through jurisdiction-specific regulatory, licensing, and cross-border compliance work.
• Oversee corporate governance, board support, statutory filings, and legal records.
• Manage external counsel and build legal capability through training, policies, and scalable templates.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in the UK or an equivalent jurisdiction.
• 3–5+ years of post-qualification experience, including meaningful in-house experience.
• Background in technology, gaming, or another fast-paced digital business.
• Broad experience across commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters.
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle and working directly with commercial and product teams.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and multi-jurisdictional legal skills.
