Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working approach with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Turn future-focused strategic ideas into testable hypotheses, structured project plans, and measurable pilot programs.
• Own innovation initiatives from design through initial delivery, analysis, and recommendations for wider rollout.
• Test AI capabilities, emerging technologies, and new global delivery models in a business context.
• Build measurement frameworks, analyze results, and assess business impact, ROI, and scalability.
• Coordinate Technology, Finance, People, and other stakeholders to launch pilots and secure expert contribution.
• Present project goals, progress, outcomes, and business cases to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in innovation, business transformation, strategy, or internal consulting.
• Experience turning conceptual ideas into tangible projects, pilot programs, or new business capabilities.
• Strong project management skills in complex and ambiguous innovation or R&D environments.
• Excellent business analysis and financial modeling skills, including building business cases and measuring initiative impact.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and automation and their application to business value.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coalition-building abilities.
