Creator Talent Manager (FC Mobile)

Location: Kew Studios, London, United Kingdom; four days per week in the office and one day working from home. The schedule may vary according to production requirements. The engagement runs ASAP through the end of March 2027.

Salary: Based on experience.

An independent production partner delivering sport, entertainment, documentary, gaming, branded, social, and digital content for major broadcasters, brands, federations, and rights-holders.

What you will do

• Build a network of 20–30 football content creators across major leagues and less familiar regional scenes.
• Research and evaluate creators based on reach, engagement quality, audience fit, and tone.
• Negotiate creator deals within tiered budget parameters set by the Executive Producer.
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, logistics, deliverables, deadlines, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for creators and coordinate with producers on briefing logistics.
• Create sourcing pipelines, trackers, templates, outreach systems, and other processes for an expanding roster.

Requirements

• Experience in creator or talent recruitment, partnerships, or influencer management.
• Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many ongoing relationships.
• Comfort negotiating within defined parameters and escalating issues when needed.
• Genuine interest in football, creators, and content ecosystems.
• Ability to build operational processes from scratch and ensure systems meet editorial, technical, design, accessibility, and health and safety standards.
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.
