Affiliate, Influencer & Creator Marketer (AI)

What you will do

• Own and grow a large portfolio of sponsored, affiliate, and hybrid creator and publisher accounts.
• Run newsletter sponsorships end to end, including onboarding, bookings, live-date tracking, invoicing, and performance reporting.
• Source and onboard influencers, develop creative briefs and demos, and build authentic collaborations that drive user acquisition.
• Run YouTube integrations, dedicated videos, and editorial projects aligned with internal priorities.
• Develop newsletter creatives, launch announcements, evergreen copy, and advertising assets with design and copywriting partners.
• Measure the impact of YouTube partnerships and listicle sponsorships on LLM citations while maintaining brand safety and editorial accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of influencer or affiliate marketing experience on the brand or agency side.
• Experience delivering creator collaborations with measurable business impact and a portfolio of relevant campaigns.
• Experience managing a large account portfolio and systems supporting hundreds of vendors and deals.
• Startup or scale-up experience, preferably in technology, AI, or B2B SaaS, with an understanding of enterprise and self-serve audiences.
• Strong business judgment, negotiation skills, prioritization, autonomy, and account management ability.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy, brand partnerships, creator selection, and editorial quality.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with creators, publishers, and key opinion leaders relevant to hirify.global.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and assessing when AI adds meaningful value.
