Social Producer Intern

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Applicants must live and study in the Netherlands and remain enrolled at a Dutch educational institution throughout the internship.

Salary: €450 monthly allowance plus an internet allowance.

What you will do

• Support social-first shoots, recurring content series, and internal productions from preparation through delivery.
• Translate creative concepts into call sheets, production schedules, shot lists, equipment plans, and crew plans.
• Assist with scheduling and communication for directors, DPs, editors, stylists, photographers, creators, and other talent.
• Apply platform-specific technical standards for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content.
• Collaborate with creatives, editors, social media managers, and project managers to keep productions on track.
• Support shoot-day logistics and maintain production databases, asset organization, and workflow templates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the entire internship.
• Must be living and studying in the Netherlands.
• Fluent Dutch and confident English communication skills required.
• Availability for four days per week, preferably five, for six months.
• Interest in social media, video content, and creator production.
• Strong organization, communication, proactive problem-solving, and coordination skills; preferably studying Media Production, Creative Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
