Senior Engineering Lead (FinTech AI)

What you will do

• Line manage, hire, coach and develop a team of AI Engineers.
• Own the team's technical direction, architecture, reusable patterns and engineering standards.
• Design, build and ship production-ready agentic AI and automation solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ReconArt, Concur, ServiceNow and the data platform.
• Own delivery from problem discovery and backlog planning through production release and support.
• Operate live agents and automations with monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident response.

Requirements

• Hands-on engineering leadership experience with continued individual contribution.
• Experience building, deploying and supporting AI engineering or automation solutions.
• Ability to design agents that plan, reason, use tools, retrieve information and hand work back to people when appropriate.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, integrations and production operations.
• Experience setting standards for code quality, testing, evaluation, peer review, CI/CD and secure engineering.
• Ability to work in London, UK.
