What you will do

• Lead, coach and grow a team of senior security engineers, data scientists and ML engineers.
• Own the anti-cheat strategy and roadmap across all hirify.global games.
• Set detection and evidence standards and turn data into recommendations for game teams.
• Make build, buy, partner and stop decisions with input from technical leads.
• Manage relationships with third-party anti-cheat partners, including integrations and contracts.
• Shape communication about cheating with community and player support teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams of senior technical specialists and building trust and stability.
• Hands-on background in security, data science, machine learning or backend engineering.
• Experience in an adversarial domain such as anti-cheat, fraud, trust and safety, risk or abuse.
• Experience owning a product or outcome end to end, including strategy and partner decisions.
• Experience working with vendors and external partners.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in games or live services.
• Experience with ML-based detection.
• Experience with kernel and client security.
• Comfort communicating with players or the public on sensitive topics.
