Manager of CRO

What you will do

• Build and maintain an impact-based CRO roadmap across Consumer and Partner websites.
• Generate data-backed test hypotheses and prioritize signup, lead-generation, and conversion opportunities.
• Manage CRO Developers across B2C and B2B tracks.
• Lead the CRO side of server-side testing with Engineering, including scoping, sequencing, and implementation feedback.
• Review designs, advise on experimentation feasibility, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Business Intelligence.
• Present test progress, results, risks, and upcoming priorities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Front-end development background with the ability to read pull requests and assess implementation feasibility.
• Direct experience running A/B tests and developing data-backed experimentation hypotheses.
• Experience owning roadmaps across multiple audiences or business units.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering and manage technical discussions.
• Experience managing developers or technical individual contributors is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Optimizely or an equivalent experimentation platform.
• Experience with server-side testing infrastructure and codebase-level experimentation.
• Comfort using SQL to investigate test results.
