Support Specialist - Finance

Location: Fully remote within Europe; working hours are 9:00–17:00 UK time.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality customer support and act as the main contact for finance-related questions.
• Support invoicing, payments, VAT and tax settings, financial reporting, and accounting integrations in Provet.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and manage escalations and complex cases through resolution.
• Develop support best practices and work toward individual and team objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product Development.

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, or payments through education or professional experience.
• Experience supporting customers in a B2B software or SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities independently.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Experience working in an international company.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare or veterinary software.
• Additional language skills.
