eCommerce Content Producer - HOKA & Teva

What you will do

• Plan, schedule and publish on-site content across HOKA and Teva EMEA websites.
• Translate brand campaigns, product launches and commercial priorities into digital experiences.
• Manage briefs and workflows from planning and design through development, QA and launch.
• Build and maintain homepages, landing pages, banners and campaign content in CMS and ecommerce platforms.
• Coordinate with Trade, Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, UX, Design and Development teams across multiple EMEA markets.
• Support localization, analytics, reporting and improvements to customer engagement and the online journey.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, briefs and deadlines.
• Experience building, managing and scheduling content through a Content Management System.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital or a similar brand environment.
• Experience with ecommerce and CMS platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware and CoreMedia.
• Experience managing campaigns across different languages, markets or websites.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and project management tools such as Jira and Asana.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Experience working with external agencies, translation partners and cross-functional teams.
