DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must be based in Portugal, hold Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or have a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do

• Maintain Kubernetes infrastructure in a private cloud environment.
• Create and maintain Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Manage deployment and release workflows using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Support Java application build and deployment processes.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and IT service management activities.
• Develop scripts and automation for infrastructure and delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure support, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes infrastructure and Jenkins pipelines.
• Practical experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Understanding of Java application build and deployment processes, CI/CD, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Docker, container technologies, monitoring tools, and IT service management processes.
• Fluent English at B2 level and eligibility to work in Portugal are required.
