Commissioning Superintendent Mechanical (Oil & Gas)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onshore site-based role

What you will do

• Manage commissioning activities for the sales gas and condensate area on a PMC project.
• Coordinate with licensors and vendors to monitor commissioning activities and compliance with procedures.
• Review pre-commissioning, commissioning, and vendor or EPC contractor manuals.
• Verify mechanical completion requirements and system or subsystem readiness for MC and RFSU certificate issuance.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and troubleshooting activities to resolve obstacles.
• Monitor punch-list closeout and ensure compliant completion and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 18 years of relevant commissioning or operations-readiness experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
• Experience with onshore site work and MEGA EPC projects.
• Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
• Commissioning experience with sour gas, hydrogen production, or hydrodesulfurization projects is preferred.
