Customer Success Engineer (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid role with on-site customer work

What you will do

• Become a platform and engineering-model expert and translate hirify.global’s capabilities into customer outcomes.
• Support network model builds and solutions such as vegetation management in partnership with Deployment.
• Drive adoption through hands-on support, customer training, and workflow-focused workshops.
• Track delivery against scope and business outcomes, supporting workflow and change-management activities.
• Build trusted relationships with engineers and customer stakeholders across enterprise utility accounts.
• Identify new customer needs and share insights with Sales, Deployment, and Product.

Requirements

• Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders in consulting, customer success, solutions, or technical roles.
• Comfort with enterprise software platforms and deployments, with the ability to learn the engineering behind the platform.
• Understanding of how technology creates business value and experience helping customers measure outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to engineers and executives.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and effective at building relationships through credibility and transparency.
• Willingness to work in a Sydney-based hybrid role and spend time on-site with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure or the energy sector.
• An engineering degree.
