Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. Other locations include Washington, DC and Swiftwater, Pennsylvania. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $178,500–$257,833.33 annually.

What you will do

• Lead immunology strategy across the vaccine franchise, including immunogenicity, virology, and bacteriology endpoints.
• Provide scientific and clinical guidance across early and late product development and lifecycle management.
• Build strategic partnerships with external experts, academic institutions, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead and mentor Senior Clinical Immunology Leads and Immunology Leads.
• Generate data-driven insights to support portfolio prioritization and development milestone decisions.
• Oversee cutting-edge immunology methodologies, assay development, regulatory compliance, and data generation for clinical trials and submissions.

Requirements

• Track record leading clinical immunology or translational medicine strategy for vaccines, biologics, or antimicrobial products.
• Experience with regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and Phase 1–4 global clinical development.
• PhD in immunology, virology, bacteriology, microbiology, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or MD in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in immunogenicity assessment, virology, bacteriology, assay development, GCLP, and ICH guidelines.
• Fluent English required.

• French language skills.
• Experience in vaccinology, immunology, or infectious diseases.
• Strong publication record and established scientific leadership.
