Senior Software Quality Engineer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end test automation strategy across Discovery, Inventory, and Graph teams.
• Design, build, and maintain automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end test suites using C#/.NET, NUnit, xUnit, NSubstitute, FluentAssertions, Playwright, and PowerShell.
• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure for Discovery data ingestion across Azure, AWS, GCP, Okta, MongoDB Atlas, and Active Directory.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and representative hybrid test environments.
• Provision infrastructure and test environments with Terraform and monitor them using OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
• Contribute to architecture, development, shared testing frameworks, secure testing practices, and sprint activities.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or a related engineering role.
• Strong hands-on coding experience with C#/.NET and the ability to work with JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, Go, or Python.
• Experience with NUnit, xUnit, NSubstitute, FluentAssertions, Playwright, UI/API/integration testing, and automated test framework design.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization, Azure, AWS, GCP, and Okta.
• Strong experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and distributed systems involving REST APIs, gRPC, message queues, and microservices.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, data integrity validation, Git, Agile methodologies, observability tools, and strict 100% line and branch coverage requirements.

Nice to have

• Background in identity, security, or discovery-oriented products.
• Familiarity with graph databases and query languages such as Gremlin/TinkerPop and JanusGraph.
• Exposure to Elasticsearch or other search and indexing technologies.
