Business Intelligence Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; US citizenship required. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $66,800–$91,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.
• Analyze and integrate raw data to produce actionable business information.
• Present insights to decision-makers and support business outcomes.
• Assess complex datasets and perform root cause analysis.
• Report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, or Databricks.
• 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including Power Pivot, complex formulas, and data summarization.
• 2+ years of experience assessing complex datasets and performing root cause analysis.
• US citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
• Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions.
