What you will do

• Design, implement, and debug system-level components across kernel, user space, and microcontroller domains.
• Develop software for RTOS, bare metal, and embedded Linux environments.
• Build and maintain interfaces across the software stack to deliver end-to-end hardware features.
• Analyze performance and create memory and power profiles, then address the identified gaps.
• Collaborate with BSP, platform, UX, firmware, and hardware teams to integrate system software, drivers, and user-facing behavior.
• Debug issues across layer and process boundaries, from user-space services to hardware.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional embedded software development experience on shipping hardware products.
• Proficiency in C and C++, or Rust.
• Experience developing device drivers and working with RTOS and bare metal environments.
• Experience with performance and power optimization.
• Solid computer architecture fundamentals and hands-on experience with modern microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with embedded toolchains and cross-compilation, plus strong communication skills across firmware, hardware, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with DSP audio, camera ISP, NPUs, hardware accelerators, or inference runtimes.
• Experience with commercial silicon SoCs and vendor toolchains.
• Networking and connectivity experience, including wireless stacks.
• Experience with complex, multi-core SoCs or the Android platform, including AOSP.
