Legal Manager (Music Streaming)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid remote work policy

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end legal support to marketing and B2C operational teams.
• Draft and harmonize consumer-facing documentation, including terms and conditions, legal notices, and special terms across territories.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agency, event organization, licensing, service provider, sponsorship, contest, and broadcasting authorization agreements.
• Advise operational teams on ongoing compliance and upcoming legal requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, technology, partnerships, finance, IT, and music licensing teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, New Technologies, or an equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience after internships, preferably in a technology company, digital media environment, or commercial/consumer law practice.
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property, contract law, and consumer law.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
