Senior IT Recruiter (French Speaking, Remote Europe)

Location: Remote in Europe, with a maximum one-hour time-zone difference from Switzerland (CEST +/- 1)

Salary: 80,000–100,000 USD annually, plus commission per placement

What you will do

• Support managers and the managing director on existing projects and customer growth.
• Develop, write, and adjust client job descriptions.
• Identify, source, engage, interview, and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage job postings and salary negotiations for contract and permanent positions.
• Build day-to-day relationships with clients and support their recruitment needs.
• Help retain existing customers and acquire new business across French, UK/US, and Spanish markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in IT recruitment or IT professional services, including contract and permanent hiring.
• French and English communication skills required.
• Strong Boolean search skills and a track record of achieving recruitment targets and profitable results.
• Self-organization, confidence communicating with senior management, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
