Materials Co-Op

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Full-time, onsite co-op from January to August or May to December.

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on position and academic year.

hirify.global is an international commercial HVAC manufacturer producing equipment for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

What you will do

• Support Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sourcing as a technical resource on materials and inventory projects.
• Coordinate stocking requirements with material specialists across facilities and the purchasing team.
• Monitor excess project and sales stock, E&O inventory trends, and opportunities for reduction or utilization.
• Collaborate with Material Specialists and Buyers on new products and purchased-component changes.
• Analyze safety stock levels and rounding values to optimize inventory and support inventory-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate shop-floor documentation and monitor alignment between ERP data and warehouse execution processes.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• On track to graduate within the next three semesters.
• Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, eight-month co-op term.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Manufacturing experience is not required but is desirable.

Nice to have

• Exposure to root cause analysis, including the 8D process.
• Exposure to ERP or SAP systems.
