Financial Services Representative II (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Location: On-site full-time at Vancouver-Victoria Dr & 41St, Vancouver, BC; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and network development.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Required Cantonese and Mandarin language capabilities as indicated by the role title.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-conscious, and capable of critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
