What you will do

• Direct the daily business and operational functions of the American Girl flagship retail store.
• Lead retail strategy, customer experience initiatives, sales generation, and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee operations across multiple departments, including retail and restaurant elements, while maintaining service, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage financial planning, project budgets, store P&L, shrinkage prevention, facilities, inventory, and fulfillment coordination.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Human Resources, and senior leadership.
• Build, train, motivate, evaluate, and develop management and store teams, including succession planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of retail management experience; premium or high-end retail experience is preferred.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in Business Management.
• Restaurant experience is desirable.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience managing customer service standards, revenue performance, operational procedures, and staff development.
