Flex Videographer (Fashion Video Production)

Salary: $33.25–$53.00 hourly

What you will do

• Set up cameras, audio, lighting, fixtures, and video sets according to program guidelines.
• Manage lighting, focus, audio, and video quality while filming salespeople and stylists.
• Partner with the Associate Producer and coach talent to create engaging customer-focused content.
• Back up footage after each shift and upload it for post-production.
• Maintain production supplies and equipment, communicate repair needs, and assist with product preparation and shipping.
• Support crew training or onboarding when needed.

Requirements

• Five years of audio and video production experience.
• Three years of experience working in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of video equipment and props.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.
• An associate or bachelor's degree focused on audio and video production is preferred.
