OneBeat Dance Content and Tech Coordinator (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the role associated with Ocean Township, New Jersey and Ohio. Travel is required from January through June, with availability needed Thursday through Monday.

hirify.global produces cheerleading, dance, performing arts, and school-spirit events through brands including OneBeat Dance, Beyond the Stars, Groove, Breakout, and Reverb.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, break down, and properly store video equipment for dance events.
• Oversee livestream and social wall operations during events.
• Develop social media content from event photos and videos, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
• Shoot and edit event recap videos in accordance with OneBeat quality standards.
• Manage media submitted by videographers and select standout photographer images for social media use.
• Support or cover photographer and videographer duties when needed.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and travel from January through June.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance.
• Ability to work 8–16 hour event days, stand for extended periods, and lift 30–50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in loud, dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Previous event or dance-industry experience.
