Senior Risk Management Professional (Pharmacy Compliance)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design and perform targeted monitoring to identify risks and support remediation across pharmacy operations.
• Support audit readiness by identifying risk areas, developing recommendations, and reviewing audit outputs and corrective actions.
• Oversee issue and remediation tracking, escalation, and documentation in governance, risk, and compliance systems.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports covering compliance risks, key metrics, remediation progress, and emerging concerns.
• Provide second-line oversight and guidance to business owners on preventive measures and corrective actions.
• Partner with pharmacy, enterprise compliance, risk operations, and vendor teams to implement CMS and Medicaid contract requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of related experience in PBM operations or risk management.
• At least 2 years of pharmacy claims processing experience.
• Experience in process improvement with measurable results.
• Experience facilitating and managing projects across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Experience using Excel and other tools to analyze complex data and produce organized results.
• Strong facilitation skills.
