hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of assigned assurance engagements.
• Manage engagement timing, staffing, execution, budgets, and deadlines.
• Lead engagement decisions and communicate progress, conclusions, and recommendations to the Engagement Principal.
• Develop, mentor, evaluate, and train audit staff.
• Prepare engagement letters, discuss assignments with clients, estimate fees, and oversee client meetings.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs, revising them as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience focused on financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Current CPA license required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and tax concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and analyze complex information.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, staff development, and business development capabilities.
