Salary: $78,000–$103,940 per year

What you will do

• Deliver assurance and consulting services to industry-focused clients as part of an engagement team.
• Communicate with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and address questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Discuss findings and business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting team development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for licensure.
• At least three years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA exam.
• Two or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, analytical, organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency; CPA certification or active pursuit of the CPA exam is preferred.
