Product Specialist, Rebalancing (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Culver City office; Los Angeles, CA

hirify.global is building an AI platform for wealth professionals and partners with financial advisors to improve the efficiency, affordability, and accessibility of financial advice.

What you will do

• Become the subject-matter expert on an optimization-based rebalancer.
• Build AI agents that support precise, researched responses to advisor questions about rebalancing behavior.
• Investigate customer-reported bugs and monitor automated rebalancing from trade-proposal ingestion through executed-order allocation.
• Analyze rebalancer performance, identify trends affecting client outcomes, and prepare custom reports and analyses for financial advisors.
• Create and improve customer-facing onboarding and knowledge guides.
• Work with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Market Data, and Compliance to investigate issues and develop solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in product operations.
• Experience working with product development teams on high-volume products with financial impact.
• Experience using SQL to answer questions with data and augmenting or automating workflows with AI agents.
• Familiarity with rebalancing, portfolio management, financial data, positions, prices, cost basis, and corporate actions.
• Systems thinking, precision, attention to detail, number sense, accountability, and a self-directed mindset.
