Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: United States, New York; work connected to the NYC office

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 base per year plus meaningful equity

hirify.global is building a CFTC-regulated sports prediction market that enables users to trade in a fair, two-sided marketplace.

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define success metrics for new features.
• Lead experiments end to end, including A/B test design, analysis, and launch recommendations.
• Build and maintain product event tracking with Engineering.
• Analyze how users discover markets, place trades, and return to the product.
• Monitor product health and key metrics, identifying issues early.
• Present findings, build reusable datasets and reports, and explore new data areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a product or data analyst, preferably in consumer products, fintech, or trading.
• Strong product sense and confidence sharing analytical recommendations.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional experiments from design through decision.
• Strong fundamental SQL skills and enthusiasm for using AI tools.
• Ability to work across Product, Design, and Engineering and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Hex, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or Python.
• Background in sports betting, prediction markets, or consumer applications.
