VIP Lifecycle Associate (iGaming)

Location: Boston, MA, or Remote - US

US base salary: $54,400–$68,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Engage high-potential and prospective VIP players across multiple communication channels.
• Build authentic customer relationships and support long-term loyalty.
• Evaluate player potential for placement in the VIP Program.
• Develop and optimize player engagement and qualification strategies.
• Compile feedback to improve the onboarding experience.
• Support business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Analytical and solutions-focused approach to customer outcomes.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
