HR Generalist

What you will do

• Maintain accurate people data and support HR data governance using Workday as the single source of truth.
• Partner with People Partners on employee relations cases, organisational change, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate APAC and Singapore People projects, including governance, progress tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Review and improve HR policies, processes, and compliance initiatives.
• Use people data and analytics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
• Advise managers, employees, and People Partners on consistent, high-quality HR operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, including HR operations, employee relations or case management, and project delivery.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global matrix organisation.
