Product Management Director (HVAC)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States

Annual base salary: $126,100–$221,900, plus up to 25% bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Set the long-term vision and strategy for a strategic HVAC portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, sourcing, and Daikin global businesses with a North America focus.
• Develop new service offerings, product development programs, and technology-driven revenue streams.
• Create business requirements, five-year plans, financial justifications, forecasts, resource plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget while resolving operational and scheduling issues.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7–10 product managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across functions and business units.
• Work authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
