Associate Product Manager (MedTech)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment; occasional business travel required.

What you will do

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management from planning through launch, maintenance, and retirement.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
• Translate market and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Manage launch readiness, documentation, stakeholder communications, training materials, demonstrations, and sales enablement resources.
• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, serviceability, business outcomes, financial planning, and product-related risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, science, or a related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience in product management, operations, commercial functions, or related roles.
• Experience with product planning, market research, customer requirements gathering, or software and technology product development.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of product lifecycle processes, including requirements definition, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada are required.

• Familiarity with regulated healthcare technologies, clinical data capture, medical devices, or relevant quality and regulatory standards.
