Salary: $84,000–$115,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Build, document, and maintain scalable motion systems, including After Effects templates, MOGRTs, toolkits, and reusable motion libraries.
• Develop bespoke motion packages for flagship events, industry activations, keynote screens, speaker introductions, and environmental LED displays.
• Create campaign motion, kinetic typography, animated concepts, social content, title sequences, UI animations, and branded video treatments.
• Translate enterprise security and AI narratives into engaging visual content for digital channels and brand campaigns.
• Own production from styleframes and storyboards through animation, audio synchronization, rendering, compression, and delivery.
• Collaborate with motion designers, creative leads, editors, producers, agencies, and cross-functional marketing partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated motion design experience in a technology company, branding agency, or motion studio.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and core motion design principles.
• Hands-on experience with modular After Effects templates, Essential Graphics, MOGRTs, and standardized project setups.
• Strong portfolio covering event animation, campaign work, social content, and structured motion toolkits.
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, codecs, and rendering for digital and large-format displays.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment.

Nice to have

• 3D motion design and rendering experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, or Octane.
• Experience writing After Effects expressions for automated and dynamic templates.
• Experience with custom LED resolutions, spatial light mapping, experiential signage, or stage technology.
• Experience managing motion systems across multiple brands or localizing toolkits for global marketing teams.
