Salary: $85,000–$160,000 per year, excluding equity or variable pay

What you will do

• Lead high-stakes motion and video projects, translating complex information into clear narratives for B2G and B2C audiences.
• Build and document hirify.global’s motion design system, including scalable motion patterns and kinetic behaviors.
• Establish AI-native creative workflows to increase output and reduce production cycles.
• Design micro-interactions and UX motion for digital products, implementing animations with tools such as Lottie and Rive.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, product stakeholders, and external video production partners.
• Mentor creative peers in motion design and AI craft.

Requirements

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating exceptional motion and video design.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, physics, easing, and weight.
• Ability to translate technical concepts such as data visualizations, infrastructure flows, and optimization algorithms into motion graphics.
• Expertise in generative AI motion and AI-native workflows, including selecting suitable models and tools.
• Experience with node-based generative workflows such as ComfyUI, Krea, or Weave.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Creative Suite, and interaction design tools such as Rive.

Nice to have

• Understanding of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience integrating motion into digital products or apps.
• Experience building and documenting comprehensive motion design systems.
