What you will do

• Develop and execute social-first creative concepts for Adobe Firefly.
• Create polished visual content using typography, composition, color, and image-making skills.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and generative AI tools to explore ideas, build assets, and refine finished work.
• Adapt concepts for different social platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Identify relevant social trends and cultural moments for brand content.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy partners, manage deadlines, and apply audience feedback and performance learnings.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and hands-on execution.
• Experience creating content for social platforms and understanding what makes content resonate.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools and the ability to explain the creative workflow.
• Curiosity about internet culture, emerging formats, and new creative technology.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take work from concept through delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience using Adobe Firefly.
• Motion design, animation, or video editing skills.
• Experience creating content for brands or working in an agency environment.
