Designer (Motion Design)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; office-first work environment

Base salary: $58,000–$70,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Create visual campaigns for digital advertising, out-of-home, web, events, motion/video, print, and social media.
• Develop bold visual stories with writers and designers to drive audience connection and engagement.
• Integrate motion and animation into design concepts and bring static ideas to life.
• Carry projects from concept through completion across ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Present ideas and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Related four-year degree and at least two years of agency experience.
• Strong visual design skills with a solid foundation in motion and animation.
• Portfolio featuring motion design work demonstrating timing, pacing, and movement.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, ownership, and openness to feedback.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for at least three years.

Nice to have

• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro.
