Head of Agentic Payments

Location: United States; Leawood, Kansas preferred, with remote U.S. candidates considered

hirify.global is building payment infrastructure for AI-powered commerce using regulated licensing, global payout reach, and stored-value capabilities.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payment capability, including issuance, authorization, settlement, payouts, refunds, and disputes.
• Define reusable interfaces across Euronet platforms and establish payment permissions, transaction evidence, dispute rules, and operating terms.
• Lead the initial agentic marketplace pilot across commercial, funding, compliance, delivery, and launch-readiness requirements.
• Develop a partner pipeline across AI platforms, agent frameworks, commerce marketplaces, and enterprise software companies.
• Build the commercial model covering pricing, transaction economics, working capital, settlement timing, and operating costs.
• Present investment recommendations and growth plans while developing the team and resources required to scale the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of payments experience, including regulated money movement, stored value, e-money, or issuing.
• Experience launching a payments product with a major platform partner across commercial agreements, compliance, and delivery.
• Experience working across Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, and Engineering without direct reporting authority.
• Strong understanding of payments economics, including transaction fees, interchange, float, working capital, and settlement timing.
• Strong writing, communication, judgment, hands-on execution, and risk management skills.
• Approximately 25% travel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AP2, the Agentic Commerce Protocol, x402, or Model Context Protocol.
• Experience with stablecoins, tokenized deposits, programmable settlement, or cross-border marketplace payouts.
• Participation in payments standards or scheme rulebook development.
• Experience building a partnership function or pipeline from the ground up.
