Insurance Operations Administrator (Motor Insurance)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage individual and fleet motor insurance policies.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to clients.
• Calculate and issue premium adjustments and insurance policies.
• Manage policy inclusions, exclusions, and related administrative tasks.
• Communicate with clients and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support policy management and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working with insurance.
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Experience with motor policy management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional contact with claims and a solution-oriented approach.
